  Thank you for all the emails..
  
  Here are some of the details of the site we are looking for. We do have a graphic designer who might be working as well on the site creating some of the graphics for the site.
  
  The site would be created in phases. It requires someone with the
  knowledge of ecommerce (selling, credit card transactions, postage
  calcualtions as well as selling digital contant), database integration,
  interactivity (forums, chat, video streaming etc).
  
  The website is an online art gallery which we are hoping to have the physical gallery etablished soon. However we would like to start off with the digital gallery first. The first phase of the website is
  creating the online gallery part which will include:
  
  Selling of :
  Ceramics, paintings, drawings, sculptures, books, woodworks,
  photographs (physical), fabric, screen prints.
  
  Some of the functions of the website:
  User registration.
  users can change their profile
  
  Arists can register and change their profiles..
  
  Users can add artists as their favourites and contact them through
  email.
  
  Artists who are attached to our gallery will be able to view their
  account- check which of their items have been sold and how much money
  they have made.
  
  NOTE: this is not a user centered website in that anyone be able to
  register and start selling. We only sell artists work that are
  affiliated with our gallery.

  this is the first page.. we would like to have a transparent rubric
  type of cube at the center which will act as our main menu. We will do
  the graphics for the cubes and you will be doing the flash part.. as we
  expand the webpage we will be adding more links to different phases of
  the cube. The cube should be able to rotate 360 with the mouse
  movement.
  
  The profile: will change with everytime someone visit the site randomly
  
  the events.. will be a scroll box that scrolls up that updates some of
  the happenings in the city.(when we do the interactive part we will do
  this in such a way that users can enter some of the happenings in their
  area)

  flash where we would like to have this kind of an effect on the menu..

  also notice a button at the bottom which says manage account this is
  where they can update their profile etc... anyhow the left frame and
  the bottom frame will not change much...

  Hey all.. thank you for all the submission. We have finalized what kind of a look we want for the gallery.. so here is the update.. we are looking to create a flash based website.. we would like to create a walk through from the POV of the visitor through the gallery.. so it looks kind of like a game.. anyone good in this kind of flash programming

  WE WILL PROVIDE SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY PROVISION AS WE WILL MAKE THE KEYWORDS SUCH THAT WHEN IT SUBMITTED WILL BE RANKED.
  
  4) audio/video/photographs/graphics paid. downloadable or be able to order print or cd/dvd version
  ON LINE SELLING AND BUYING ,AND ONLINE PAYMENT WILL BE DONE.
  
  One imporatant thing about this is that it has to be designed in such a way that it could be expanded as we add new services..
  OUR PROJECT MANAGER IS ALSO AVAILABLE ONLINE ABOUT 18HOURS PER DAY TO FOLLOW YOUR TECHNICAL ASPECTS AND TO REPORT YOUR DAILY PROJECT STATUS .
  
  We already have a graphic designer on board who will do all the graphics design work for the site and you will be working closely with him.
  WE HAVE ALSO THE DESIGNERS TEAM,SO THE DEDICATED DESIGNER WILL BE AVAILABLE .
  
  We are not sure if we want a pure flash or an html version.
