This is a simple online product monitoring system that is meant do daily control a certain product list throughout different stores and enable supervisors to view the history of the inputed information from a calendar, it will also inform related areas when specific tasks are performed.
A general outline below:
The system has to be web based and have:
- user authentication containing: Name, login, password, department (admin, comercial, managers 1 -6, stores 1 - 6)
- Page that displays a simple product list (saved in db) that only admin users can alter.
- daily display the product list to everyone after authentication
if user belongs to admin:
display page that selects stores 1 - 6 and then display the selecte
If user belongs to store 1 to 6:
- Display most current product List with a checkbox beside each item and a confirm button at the end that stores only the checked products in the database along with user, date/time and store number.
- after confirm email is sent to respective store manager.
- managers will then be displayed a list only with the selected products and a textbox below each product. The textboxes have to be filled out in order that an ok at the end can be pressed and everything saved in db.
