Project Description:
We have an existing website www.phoenicia.org.uk for a replica Sailing ship project called The Phoenician Ship Expedition. This summer we will be opening the ship up for public and school tours and we would like to create an online booking system. This will enable members of the public to pre-book a tour of the ship.
This booking system would be added to our existing site from one of the navigation links on the left hand panel.

The booking system/calendar will only need to cover the dates:
2nd June-13th July
22nd August-30th September
The ticket price will be £5 adults, £3 children/concessions.
School bookings for 15 or more children will quality for discount of £2.50 per child.
Family bookings (2 adults, 2 children) is £12 per family.
We will require access to be able to block off days if we get a private booking.
We will require notification when a booking has been made.
We will require access to the database of bookings.
We need it to link into a system like paypal so that we can take fees in advance.
We need the system to provide a unique reference code/booking reference by emailing the client. This can be printed out as an e-ticket and presented to the ship upon visit.
The website we have was made is in front page and we have very limited software. We need advice on the best software to build something dynamic like this which can hold a data base.
We are a small organisation with part time staff. We are keen to find a confident, experienced and organised person to undertake this project.
