Project Description:
1. Social Engine is a PHP-based social network platform
2. Third-party coders write and sell various plugins (apps)
3. One plugin is called Pets, a copy is attached
4. I want a plugin called Birds that functions the exact same way
5. The Pets plugin needs to validate its license key somehow
6. I don't want my Birds plugin to have to do that
Payment is made when I can install my Birds plugin repeatedly without it needing to validate a license key.
