Here's what I need, Please explain what you are going to do for me to be considered.
We run a Quarantine Area washing cars, vans, boats and so on.
We have either the client directly or Brokers who contact us to get the car picked up from the docks, then taken to our yard for cleaning.
They provide us with a document which will have all the vehicle details and a job Number. I want to use this to keep track of the vehicles.
I am currently using Client Machine, I like how it looks and works, so would be good if you could continue on with this..
Now when the client provides us with the document, we want to log each and every vehicle to the client and invoice.
For Invoices we need a Inventory to add all our services. Also When Creating the Invoice, I want to be able to Select the Car Entered, Then add the services to that car. (See Picture Attached)
Status's, need to be easy and quick to change for each vehicle as to not waste time. We need a Day tracker on the Status's. ( for example, if a car is left here for 3 days each day after we need the vehicles status to start charging for each day it is still in the yard)
Now here is the last bit, we need to be able to upload bank statements which will change all the status's of the invoices to either paid, or pending.
We need the client area for clients to login and check the status of there vehicles and invoices.
