I found fusion invoice, I like how it looks, works etc. but it hasn't got enough features to work for the company.. We do vehicles for quarantine, as soon as they get in the country we are given (by the broker) a quarantine order, the car is then inspected if its clean enough to come in, if not then it comes to our yard for cleaning then re-inspection.
Basically i want to streamline the paperwork of it all.
When A car comes in, I want to be able to log all the details in on the system. (Brokers Details, Car Details[which is usually just car model and year], car VIN Number, Brokers Reference, Quarantine Order No.)
Once Logged, need to be able to keep a status on the Vehicle (Ability to add custom log status's)
Once the car has been cleaned and reinspected, we need to create and invoice for the broker. Upon Creating Invoice:
Ability to choose Vehicle from drop down list or search.
Select Services done to Vehicle.
(Ability to add more vehicles below, re-follow steps above)
Then this will email to the broker.
- I think there should be 3 columns.
- Column 1
- Brokers Reference Number
- Vehicle Details
- Vehicle VIN Number (If Entered)
- Column 2
- Services Done On Vehicle (1 service per line)
- Column 3
- Price or service
Then at the bottom, the usual sub total, gst, total due.
(we can then update payments of invoices, which this feature is already there)
So we need to add a slightly more complex customers, as we have the company, then the brokers within that company.
So need ability to add Brokers within the company, maybe just broker name, broker email.
(invoice will be billed to company details, but emailed to broker)
Advance Invoicing as detailed above
Vehicle Logging as detailed above (Keep history of logs with dates)
Services (ability to add services in which we can add to invoice with prices etc.)
