Project Description:
We need a php function written to visit and download/save webpages, usually the pages are in pdf format. The function will need to determine if the page exists and is a pdf. It will download the page and save to our server. It should be able to handle server timeouts and be able to accurately determine if the page to download exists. We want this function written with curl, unless another better solution is suggested.
