We are currently using this wallboard for FreePBX -> http://sysadminman.net/blog/2013/asterisk-freepbx-queue-and-agent-wallboard-4933
But it does not suit our needs. I have attached a drawing of what I would like the wallboard to be. This can be built from scratch or by using the existing code.
I would like there to be an options menu on there that you can select which queues are displayed. This should also be accessible by a variable in the URL. For example -> callboard.int.digitalpacific.com.au/admin/wallboard/index.php?600+601+620 -> To display the stats from queues 600, 601 & 620.
All of these stats should be "Daily" and should go back to 0 at Midnight.
I will be happy to explain each of the features. Here is a brief explanation below:
Calls In Queue Total Calls in all Queues
Max Wait Mins The Max time that a queued call has been waiting
Agents Available Agents currently available/unavailable in Billing Sales & Support
Total Calls Today Total Calls in for Sales Billing & Support for the day
Total Calls Yesterday Total Calls in for Sales Billing & Support for yesterday
LHS This should list in order of Calls the Top 6 Agents
Agent Name Agents Station Name
Calls Total Calls for Agent Today (All Queues)
Av. Call Average call length for all calls today (All Queues)
RHS This should list Sales Billing & Support Queues
Queue Queue Names
Total Calls Total Calls for that Queue
Av Wait Average hold time for Queue for today
Abandoned Total Abandoned calls for Queue for today
This should list the incoming calls like the Ticket Board
Queue Name What queue they are ringing
CID Their caller ID
Time on Hold How long they have been on hold.
