My current site has a "presentation builder" where users can upload audio and video files, as well as images, to use in their presentations. Bidders will be required to sign a NDA before seeing the actual site but I can describe what I need done without that. My users need to have the ability to create videos with their webcams from inside their accounts and have those videos instantly converted to FLV and be available to them to use in their presentations. To see an example of how this works, please see [url removed, login to view] Users also need to have the ability to create audio files from within their accounts in two different ways. They need to be able to record by microphone and by telephone. When recording by telephone, they will dial a number and be given a pin number to use. When they are done recording, the audio file will show up in their account to be used in their presentations. Programmer will also need to put a billing system in place. Users will be charged by the minute when using the record-by phone service. They will need to be able to see their current usage and each month on their billing date, it needs to be calculated and their credit cards charged accordingly. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
