Project Description:

I need a program to geocode street address records from a mysql database using the Google and Yahoo geocoding api's. The program must update a longitude, latitude and accuracy fields in the mysql table and also display the geocoded records (filtered by variable criteria) on google maps and/or google earth.
I'm also open to suggestions for other methods or programming languages.

The database has about 400,000 records presently and is expected to grow.
