Program to handle information from text file.

This project is to create a program that will open a text file, read some elements contained in it and show it with a nicer appearance screen. There are several different types of element and the way they are displayed can vary depending on the type of the element. The attached files show the source text file and the type of screen I expect to see from it. My first thought is C++ (because it has to open the text file) but would consider some other suggestion. The main menu will have the options: File / Edit / Refresh F5 / View / Settings / Help File :: New / Open / Save / Save As / Print / Exit Edit :: Undo / Cut / Copy / Paste / Delete / Find / Find Next / Replace / Select All Refresh F5 :: [direct] The program should run under windows 98, NT, 2000 and XP. The code is delivered as part of the assignment. Preferably should be able to compile using MinGW. This project is to be further developed and the preference goes for the winner of this bid.
