Project Description:
CCTV Surveillance, FFMPEG and Coding expert to build and deploy our Network Video Server application as per the requirements in the attached sheet.
We already have a ffmpeg integrated video sharing script which you can use as a base if need be or you are free to propose better alternative.
Feel free to use 3rd party scripts and components as long as we have the final ownership of resulting sources (Use of open source ok with prior permission).
This should be an easy task for already surveillance and ffmpeg experts.
