Create a report of web domains

Project Description:
I want a report of domains that meet these criteria:

1. domain is a .com
2. server location is in the US
3. the website has a shopping cart

I think this is how to do it:

1. get a list of domains from http://s3.amazonaws.com/alexa-static/top-1m.csv.zip
2. to check server location, see here http://whois.domaintools.com/airsplat.com
3. look at the website to see if it has a shopping cart.

I need a list of the top 7000 domains that meet the above 3 criteria.
Order results by top-1m.csv.zip
