It has been developed but is lacking some features and coding to make it fully customizable the way that I need it to be. I need an professional programmer who is familiar with video services to finish the development of the site while also adding to the visual/graphic aspect as well. Here are the points need to be executed:
1 Full customization of Users, Channels, video up loading/downloading/streaming.
2. Needs database for users and administrators that sign up/register
3. Needs Cms ( there is an exsiting one but it can be changed or modified)
4. A Reference site is ustream.tv
5. Needs to work across all operating systems, web browsers, and pc/mobile devices.
6. Example of universal free players can be found at http://easyhtml5video.com/ or http://videojs.com/
7. All popular videos formats need to be accepted.
The coding for this website contains some features but not all as it was not completed. Please only bid if you experience with video/streaming sites.
