Employee Time Clock

I need an employee time clock app to replace a mechanical time clock for hourly employees. Data should be stored in an encrypted CSV database and the system clock must be locked when the app is running. Time should be reported in minutes and 100ths and there should be a choice of overtime rules including daily, weekly, and monthly. It must also be networkable and offer a backup capability. I have been using "It's About Time" at [login to view URL] but it has some database and report issues. It does serve as an example. Also see the attached file containing a timeclock that was not completed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete documented source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 95 through XP
