I require a C++ software library that implements a human face recognition algorithm (able to distinguish between individuals). The library should train on color images, accompanied by labels uniquely identifying the class. The library should report to which class a given test image belongs. Training images are under a variety of illumination conditions. The library's interface can be defined by the contractor. The contractor can design the library to train on any face database in the public domain of his choosing. Training can be done offline, but classification should be online. It is expected that the contractor will solve this problem using established approaches in computer vision and machine learning.
