Keylogger

I need a keylogger designed with the following characteristics: Language: Unkown, as long as all Windows and most other OS's can use it. Size: Try and make it under 5-10 MB. Must be stealth, beyond guru means. It cannot show up on bootup, CTRl+ALT+DEL, not even in Process viewers. This CANNOT show up. Let me know your method on doing this. Keylogger logs all url's, all text, all images, passwords, EVERYTHING. If something is typed in *** online it will be characterized as a password in the program. Program must have a timely screencapture based on admin preferance All logs of everything must be stored in a nice clean format showing the date, what page it was on, what window it was in, whatever loaded. Admin panel-secure encrypted and password protected admin file where features are locked, unlocked. logs viewed, etc. HEX EDIT cannot access this program!! This is where the admin can delete or save logs, allow screen captures, have the logs sent to them, change user:pass for admin panel, etc. On the chance that some process viewers can see this, this program should not be able to be shutdown. This program needs to stay running, even beyond advanced Windows commands. The files (admin file and logs) should not be able to be moved, viewed, opened, ANYTHING in Windows, Dos, etc. I don't want people to just right click and delete. This program must not be able to be altered AT ALL unless you login. Currently this is for personal use.
