Project Description:
I am an HTML website designer. I have limited skills but I get the websites done that I need to get done. I use Dreamweaver to create my HTML websites. I do not know how to write PHP or write my own scripts. I have a lot of websites that are in the cleaning industry. I am looking to create a VERY intuitive quote or estimate form that I can incorporate into my current websites. Right now these websites have PHP request a quote pages that are not very intuitive. I want to be able to update them with a script or code I place into the website to give detailed quotes about my services.

I would like to be able to incorporate something like this into all of my websites.
