Project Description:
I need to create a software that will handle the career for policeman from recruiting to retirement, it is a database system and 2 versions need to be created:
Online database software php and mysql
Offline database software for CD distribution
The software consists of 3 basic modules:
recruiting
active personnel
retired personnel
Each module will have many attached files and pictures that will be stored in the database. different levels of users will be created and each will have different accesses.
There will be different ranks and levels for policeman, salary ranges and promotions.
