1. No 0 ratings or completion rate below 90%
2. Must have 20 or more positive reviews
3. Have solid skills in coding to address any challenging problems
4. Prefer a team or a very committed coder
5. Speaks and writes English well
6. Open source software knowledgeable or expert

Each of the above projects will have their own deliverable and descriptions which will be posted/sent/invited if you are the team we want to work with.
