Looking for an experienced and well versed programmer (or team) to realize a real business life "sequential decision making" simulation.
The simulation must provide a challenge to the user, and integrate 2DSIM and/or Flash Animation. Most of the story is based on particular events, triggering new events. Background "noises" are provided to distract the user.
The simulation will be time based (eg. 1 minute sim = 30 min real life) and integrate a sort of office dynamics and data management (book-keeping, log-file, task-bars).
The simulation will have 6-7 units, for each one there will be several dozens of events and actions. The user decision making will have to be exported, so that analysis and debriefing on the single steps/actions of the user can be done.
The simulation must be simple but effective. There is no need of too fancy graphics/animations. What we need is something than can also be easily customized, including given parameters and creating therefore specific scenarios.
