I need a programmer to develop a web program the analyzes a sites back links to identify unnatural links.
I am looking fro a program that scans a sites backlinks for links that violate Google Quality guidlines http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=35769
Once the scan has detected all the unnatural links it allows the user to download the report in a .txt file
The user can use this .txt file to upload to Google or Bing in the new disavow tool.
I will be placing this program on a website.
This program has to be simple yet powerful in analyzing a sites backlinks. The bidder should have a strong knowledge of what Google and Bing classifieds a a unnatural link.
I would like the bidder to speak great english so we do not have any mis communications in development.
