.eps resizer

I need a program that will read from list of filenames -- go to a directory - set as a variable - open each file up(.eps files but the extension is removed) one at a time, resize them horizontally by 105%. Close the file and save back to the original location. I need to run this manually -- but there needs to be a safeguard -- if the file has been resized, please note it in the file list so if the program is run again, the files arent resized again. The program should include a tool to insert the filenames into the list it reads from. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform vb6/c++ your choice
