This Sugar CRM is used into a Media Enterprise to control its commercial and sales staff. Customers, sales, products and staff information are the core of this CRM.
Spanish - English dictionary could be needed to understand what CRM says

1. In menu ACTIVIDADES (activities in english), option TAREAS (tasks in english), tab BUSQUEDA AVANZADA (advanced search) more search fields are required:
Tasks browser must allow queries by 5 new fields:
- REGIONAL (region): Table name: dbo.ceteams
- CIUDAD (city): dbo.ceteams
- GRUPO (sales team): dbo.ceteams
- CLIENTE (customer): dbo.accounts
Note: REGIONAL, CIUDAD and GRUPO information are in the same table because they are part of the same sales hierarchy tree: Sales teams (GRUPO) are included in cities (CIUDAD) and cities in regions (REGIONAL)

Tasks query must respect hierarchy tree: (se field PARENT into dbo.ceteams data table)
- Sales executives are only allowed to check tasks assigned to him,
- Team Managers are only allowed to check tasks assigned to him, and to executives into the team
- City Managers are only allowed to check tasks assigned to him, to team managers into his city and to executives into those teams.
- Regional Managers are only allowed to check tasks assigned to him, to city managers into his Region, to team managers into those cities, and to executives into those teams.
- National manager, upper levels and CRM administrator are allowed to check any bodys tasks, no matter who is asssigned to.
Tasks information are located in dbo.tasks data table
2. Additionally, task browser must allow filtering by date: FROM - UNTIL data fields must be available for users.
3. ASIGNADO A (assigned to) field have to change its display: it is required to use a data box instead data list.
Query system must be the same as the one used in menu VENTAS (sales) option CLIENTES (customers), where the field ASIGNADO A (assigned to) is just a data empty box. When
SELECCIONAR (select) button beside is clicked, sales executives/teams list is displayed. It allows user filter CRM users by name and city to pick one up.
List displayed into a pop up includes the whole hierarchy tree of sales department: executives, team manager, city manager, regional manager and national manager, because all of them could have tasks assigned.
Developer must use the browser space in proportion of fields required. Good looking display and less scroll as possible are desirable.
This is only the first of 22 changes required in the CRM. Nice performance in this development should be important to choose enginner who will be hired to complete the rest of the work.
Skilled developer should require less than 10 hours to finish this job.
