Looking to incoporate our retail locations into one ERP or something similar. We have been looking at openbravo community edition as an option. We need to centralize the data from the retail stores. The system should be straight forward in setting up new stores and users without much hassle. We could use a web based software as long as the POS can work offline if the internet went out in some locations.
We need to control inventory, services, customers, account payable, events(with ticket tracking) and employees. Also the erp must track customer behavior with a membership number. also it must handle a rewards programs where the rewards are sent to the customer via email or such delivery systems. We would like simplicity in the POS software and in the ERP.
There are many opensource solutions out there, so if you recommend any that makes both our lives easier we are open to suggestions as long as it works as intended. As I mentioned we are not looking for anything too complicated.
