Convert PSDs to Drupal 7 theme and create or modify modules

I am working on a project that is to be built using Drupal 7. I need someone to convert the PSDs into html/css and then into a Drupal theme with the following requirements: Part 1 - Convert to HTML/CSS Part 2 - Create Drupal 7 theme Overall width of page 1024 px (fixed- doesn't expand horizontally) 1.) Overall design has a header Header has drop down menus (multiple items on each drop down) and two forms fields in the header - a search field and a login id and password field 2.) Homepage has a footer Homepage footer has two areas of text based navigation and graphical links to Social network sites 3.) Body area of homepage needs to have rotating ajax/javascript slide show with 5 or more linkable images 4.) Body area of sub pages has a navigation area on the left and one on the right that will be specific to each page 5.) There will be a couple modules that need to be included: Large image formatting, small image left formatting, small image right formatting, inclusion on video (linked to YouTube for now) 6.) Location module that can be inserted to include Google maps and zip code Please let me know if you can handle this project. There will be on going support work for the project.
