Drupal 7 Dynamic Form based on database:Car Make, Model, etc

Hi,
I'm looking to create a page on a drupal site that has a dynamic form that customers can come and specify their car Year, Model, Make and it will give them a size category, like Small, Medium, SUV, SUV Large (that I will define). I want this to be phpMySQL driven since I have to update/import the database of cars every 6 months. I found a possible module that could do this called Hierarchical Select: http://wimleers.com/demo/hierarchical-select/live. However, implementing this is somewhat applied module development and php coding.
