Project Description:
Person required to attach HTML files to OpenCart Layout and MUST be able to code open cart from the ground up (from scratch)and adapt Open Cart modules to the specific page functions of an 11 page website. Must know how to intergrate flash and java programmes also.

Project is already 60% completed but the guy just disappeared. His loss - your gain!
Only serious freelancers please with lots of experience please and minimum age of 25.
