1.) Edit existing behavior in the Thumbnail Gallery (http://codecanyon.net/item/thumbnail-gallery-wordpress-plugin/294024). Need the thumbs to dynamicaly scroll left and right with mouseover. I’m looking to edit this gallery where the client wants the thumb scroll action to change from its current behaviour so that when one places the mouse over the middle section of the thumbnails it doesn’t scroll. Only scrolls when you hover over either side of the middle section, starting slow and getting faster towards the end. View: http://uploadingit.com/file/1ff5c0rxw8oiqnz5/Jens-scrolling.png
At the moment if your mouse is off the thumbnail section and you place the mouse over the middle it scrolls to one side really quickly and you lose your place in the thumbnails and it gets a bit confusing.
2. Can we give thumbnails the functionality so that when you click on a photo the corresponding thumbnail is highlighted and in the middle of all thumbnails displayed. So directly in middle under the big picture with 5 thumbnails either side. Also if you click forward or back continuously using the main image only, the thumbnails do not move so once you get past the last thumbnail you do not see where you are within the thumbnails. See on www.jonasbresnan.com how if you use the image to move forward or back the thumbnails then moves to the centre of the thumbnail section. Can we add this functionality in please.

jQuery easing comes to mind?
