I need a custom web- based task/project management system with the following…
I need to be able to create 2 types of accounts (Master account and Employee account)
-the employee account should have the ability to create and edit their own tasks and projects within their login (more details on this will be given later)
-each employee will have their own logins with usernames and passwords and it will store all their tasks/projects they create in the interface
-the master account should have the ability to see all employees tasks/projects as well as edit them
-ability to only allow certain IP’s to log in
-when you first login to the interface, there should be an overview screen with a table of all the projects created and specific information about that project
-they need to be able to create tasks and input several pieces of information into it such as name of task, description of task, links, restrictions, notes and several other things (more detail will be given on this later)
-they need to be able to upload a .csv file which includes tables of data to each specific task. After it finishes uploading, it will display a clickable link to the csv that will show the csv’s tables and data in a new page
-when they finish creating a task, it should show up in the overview screen. Eventually, after many tasks are created, there will be many tasks in the overview screen with the most basic details of it
-to see every detail of the task, they will need to click the task in the overview screen and it will bring up a new page with all the details they entered in to that task
-there needs to be a menu at the top, with menu tabs that can sort all the different input fields of the tasks.
-Here is an example of the “sorting function” that I need:
There are 2 tasks named Task1 and Task2. Lets say they both have the same input field #1. I want there to be a tab on my menu named “input field #1” and when I click on it, it brings up a page that lists all the tasks with the same input field #1. In this case, since task1 and task2 share the same input field #1, they would be both listed under “input field #1”. This is a very basic example, but there will be many more combinations/permutations since there will be several input fields with all different inputs. This part is hard to explain in words and is much easier to explain by showing it visually. If this part is not clear, ask to do a share-screen with me and I can show you what I mean.
If you want to be considered for the job, please…
-Tell us briefly how you plan to create this task manager (i.e. what language you plan to use, the process you will go about in creating it, etc)
-how long it will take to complete the project (must be available to start right away)
-provide similar projects you have completed in the past (if any)
-please leave your skype username (if you have one) so I can contact you to discuss this project in more detail
-if you fail to follow the above guidelines, you will NOT be considered for the job
