Website codeing (no designing needed)

Project Description:
Greetings

We would need you to work as fast as possible since we are behind schedule for this website. Please give
us an estimation how fast this could be done. This is very urgent for us.

Coder must be professional and fast in his work.

Our designer has created a good looking design for our website, but he is a HORRIBLE coder and we need
someone to clean up after him and do some fixes and addons, we need the following:

- Create a html 5 & php website from the designs. You will be provided current code in html format, all
images and css files.

- Create new stylesheet, old ones have the right look, but are in 4 different stylesheet files
(what a mess...).

- All pages must pass HTML VALIDATOR without any errors! (w3c)

- Website must work and look good on all current browsers.

- Website must work on most old browsers.

- We want consistent css tag naming for all divs and fonts, so we can edit the font looks in the future
with ease. Also we need you to change all headers to tags for seo purpose on each page and second headers
to tags and menu headers to tags. Also i suggest you make a brand new css stylesheet.

- We want to split all html pages to 3 php include files, header, content and footer. So we can edit
footer or some other part in one file and it changes it to all pages with the footer.

- Create an admin panel & login with php that uses mysql database. From this admin panel we need the
ability to add, edit and remove news and add references.

- Create a lightbox that will be used on news items. This lightbox will not contain images, but text.

- Code working forms.

- You will work in our environment and have access to server, ftp & databases (Linux, Apache).

- Remove tables and replace them with pure CSS.
