Project Description:
I have a wordpress theme that i bought from themeforest. My client is a company that owns buildings and rents them as apartments and offices. They have a branch that is in real estate / land sales. Their website is going to be a landing page with both logos, when clicked it will go to their corresponding site (exact same matching theme). However, they only want to have to edit one site after it is live. If someone searches a property on the rental site, and one that is listed for sale comes up and they click on it, it will go to the same website, but i need the header, background, and side property search nav to change. To sum it up...i need this wordpress theme divided into two matching websites with very subtle changes, but have the capability to be tied together so people can search between both companies on the same site.
