Project Description:
Hi,
I have a small project, which is a part of the website. Basically, it is building web pages where customer can reserve a service.
There are "services" that "customers" can select. The customers also select a time slot.
* We already have a html/css design, so what you have to do is writing php programs using *Yii Framework* (important)
* I will provide with a mysql table which contains sample "services". You will create "reservation" table to store customer's reservation.
* The pages are composed of 6 pages.
1) Display the "services" from the db table. Customers choose one of them.
2) Customer can see the available time of the service and select one of them. You will use jQuery here to make the page interactive.
See attached "sample.png". You have to implement exactly the same user interface as the sample image.
3) Once customers choose the time slot, next page shows login page. (Use Yii's default login page.)
4) Customers input detailed information.
5) Customers input detailed information and payment information
6) Confirm page
After 6 pages, you have to store all the information that customer input on 3),4) and 5) and customer's id.
(you need to insert a row to the db table) The information include about 20 fields.
