Project Description:
We need someone to sort out a contact form for us. We've got a CSS3 slide in contact form which someone from here had been working on, but we're not receiving emails through the form so need that fixed. Also need the form, once submitted, to show the user that their message has been sent successfully.
Need the form CSS styled to match in with the site as well.
Should be easy enough for someone who knows what they are doing. Need it done ASAP as we've a lot to do on the site once this is done. DOnt bother bidding more than $30 you'll be ignored.
