.psd to custom wordpress theme

Hello, Note: I run a software development, design, seo company - I have staff inhouse and I know my stuff. We're just overbooked. Im looking for a real professional that gets shit done. Not waste my time. I've hired two full time people from here.. if I like you - I will reuse you. 1) I have a 3 page website that needs to be converted into a wordpress theme to be used as the cms. 2) You can't base the theme off of a pre created theme. It needs to be done from scratch - the right way. ( [login to view URL] ) 3) It uses google font. 4) The contact us page uses google maps. 5) There are forms - here you can cheat and use a plugin. 6) I will check code validation. -- Dont install a demo so I can see or anyone else can see. Give me the files and I will install on our development server. This should take you no more then 6 hours to do. Therefore, the max bid I will accept is $60.00.
