479762 tag cloud mysql php click count

I would like to setup a tag cloud for my site. It is all mysql/php driven. I would like to display the top 20 or so popular tags as well make these tags linkable. so that when someone clicks on the tag, it brings up all the row with the tag in it. must have some cool css to give the cloud a nice look that fits my site. I have about 300k links in the database which do not have tags so to have some way to auto populate tags would be helpful. the second part is to have a click count on the links when ever someone clicks that link, a count is updated in mysql field of that link. an example of what I'm looking for is [login to view URL] my site is adult material so you must be comfortable with that. thank.
