I am the owner of Clan AH, www.ClanAH.net, which is a large gaming community.
I recently purchased vBulletin and vBadvanced CMPS to use for my community because we currently use Invision Power Board and needed something more powerful.
I have the PSD for the template for my main website, so I don't really need any design work done on that end. What I do need however is somebody who is very knowledgeable with vBulletin and theme/template integration who can integrate the PSD as a theme/template. I think I will need a couple modifications for the psd to work properly with vBulletin, but it's totally complete.
