Hi,
I am requesting bids for an application to be built from the ground up using codeigniter or preferably Kohana. This project is overflow work that I do not have time to complete myself, however, as a programmer myself I will be making some recommendations and decisions as to the coding and work being done. Please fully read the attached document and let me know your bid to complete the work including the following:
1). Approximate amount of hours broken up into 3 major milestones
2). Plugins/Modules that will be used
3). Your availability to complete the work
4). Your bid broken up into the 3 milestones (initial, project midway, completion)
