substantial facelift or complete redesign of an existing webpage

I have this web application where students can exchange, sell, or buy books from each other. It really does not look good. I would like to give this site a complete face lift. I am in need of someone that is good at web graphics. to look at this website [login to view URL] We need to come up with a new fresh corporate look. I am looking for a simple & clean look with modern graphics. I dont want to use any flash since majority of users may still be on 56K modems.
