I need assistance creating a Word 2007 letter template that will:
- automatically insert the date
- accept various form data
- copy form data inserted into one field into another field elsewhere in the template
- place a check box next to a series of paragraphs so that when I print the letter only the checked paragraphs are included in the printed version

Font is Calibri (Office 2007 font), page margins are 2cm all around, letterhead that we want to use on the page is attached as a Adobe illustrator file (ai).? The blue box for the letterhead needs to be 1cm from the top and right side of the page edge.? Page size is A4 (297mm x 210mm).
