As far as the tone, I would like it to just focus on the importance of Customer Service. One of the main points that I'm emphazing is that we as customers get customer service at the level we demand it. ie. If we are getting back service it's because we continue giving money to company's with bad service. Below is the "mission statement" of the website:

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
