I am looking for some one to develop a site similar to Droplr or Drop.st or CloudApp with PHP, HTACCESS and MySQL with jQuery at doing all other goodies. I am also looking for the web application to be secure and provide cryptography support. For file uploads and file downloads. Here are some features I would wish to have with the app.
