Project Description:
Hello,
This is my first project here so please read what I need. I have a contract (attached below) that I need form data inputted into the PDF file using PHP. I have found a tutorial on how to do this and I will go over everything now.
I have a real estate website and it has the fields: address, city, state, etc etc and I have a real estate contract that I need generated with the click of link on the site.
I am an experienced PHP developer, however I am very busy with other projects and this will wrap up this project.

I can give you access to this file on the server and you can extract all the form variables out of this page to insert it in the contract.
This is where I need the data at on the contract:
page one
1. buyer only, seller will always be 'owner of record'
2. legal description and address
3. sales price
4. is always blank
5. amount of earnest money, the rest blank.
6 always blank

9. blank
page 6
21. buyer name and contact info, will provide later
page 8 is always completely blank
I have also attached a completed contract so will see where the data needs to go.
I need this project done by this evening. Can Anyone Help?
