PHP/mySQL email storage database

I need a PHP/MySQL based application developed that will catalog/database all incoming and outgoing emails from any specified email address hosted on my email server. I am basically trying to catalog/store a backup for all emails that are sent/received by critical employees. PHP interface with ability to search, sort by fields, categorize, browse etc. Interface needs to be able to read/display HTML/RTF messages, and forward them as attachments in such a way that Outlook 2003 can open them and read them. We will be using the system eventually to forward messages to people using Outlook, and they need to be able to read the messages etc and make sure they look the same as the original all throughout. Interface layout would be something like this: Settings page where you can add/remove monitored email addresses. Ability to stop monitoring an address but continue to store past emails, or to stop monitoring and delete all past data. List page with all email addresses monitored, click on an email address, and have the option to view sent emails, or received emails. Then an Outlook/Webmail style interface to view/read emails. Ability to sort by each column as in Outlook etc. Also the ability to group emails by email address (or 2-3 email addresses belonging to the same person), so one could view all emails sent or received to/from one person. Search bar with a GOOD search engine. May need to add some features as we go, and open to whatever suggestions to make the system better. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform RedHat Enterprise Linux 4 with Ensim 4 Pro.
