Project Description:
We have an existing healthcare database as 3.8 GB excel file. This file contains, names, address, state, profession, and many other details (50 fields!) each person or organization.
For each entry we also need:
state licensed
state license #
specialty/sub specialty (multiple)
where they went to school
where they trained
email address where available.
We can give you sample file in PMB as well as places you can scrape for more data.
We prefer to work with someone who has already done a project like this.
