Project Description:
I would like someone to build the back-end for a survey system and reporting dashboard. The survey system needs to accommodate a broad range of standard and custom question types (like Limesurvey or Surveymonkey), and needs to have a local backup option (in the event that the network is down).
I would like the data from the survey system to populate a real-time performance management dashboard. I can provide PSD designs for all screenshots if the bidder does not have access to an inhouse graphic designer. The dashboard will need to incorporate an administration option to allow management of different user options - basic user, power user, admin user. The dashboard will also need to use a tabbed page structure, with one of the pages based on an operations form that will require data to be entered manually, and for custom reporting. I will show the successful freelancer a working prototype of the dashboard.
