Project Description:
We currently own a custom database that needs updating. We are looking for consultation before we hire an expert. This individual or group must understand the latest technology available in MYSQL/PDP and be able to prepare a written recommendation that takes advantage of the latest MYSQL technology. The group/individual must speak and write fluent English and be able prepare a proposal for us to use. We will pay by hour for telephone and written proposal. The final payment is subject to a professional proposal for us to send out a bid on a project. All consultation is confidential and recommendations will be used as part of project. Our company retains exclusive rights to the database and recommendations made. Our company retains all copyrights, patents and licenses. Please advise only if you are expert at MYSQL and PHP Database creation. If you have less than 5 years experience, please do NOT bid.
