Project Description:
I'm looking for an expertise with creation of QR Barcode algorithm.
There are many websites that offer free barcode creation options, many even have scripts for download with full customization and download of a final barcoded image. This is not what I am looking for.
I need to be able to create a tool that can combine QR barcodes with graphics - use dark and light points of an image to overlay the custom QR codes and embed those into graphic design.
A lot of information can be found on wikipedia website under the article name QR_code.
