Crystal Report

What I need: A custom report for our software. We are using a software package called "Ultra-Staff" which utilizes "Crystal Reports" to creat custom reports. We have a need for a custom report that is very simple. We need to have the report show: 1) Name, address & contact info 2) Skill Codes A very simple project for someone who knows what they are doing with Crystal Reports. I can provide our training database and a sample layout of what the final, formatted data should look like in the report. Attached are some instruction files that we have received from our vendor. **NOTE: Must be created for (and created by) Crystal Reports version 7.0 ??" 8.0 only ** **The instructions that are included with this bid request (attachment) must be followed exactly. The live database that we have here is a SQL database, but the report is to be created using the attached access database because it is easier. The most important part is the first part where you "make the connection". You have to choose the exact setting as outlined in the manual or it will not work with SQL. You can make your queries in Access because it is easier, then do a "Show Sql" and use that to create the view in SQL.** When the final report is ready, we can import it for use with our software with your assistance. Please take a look at the attached files and let me know how quickly you could accomplish this, and what your level of expertise is in authoring such reports. Thanks! Details on what will be contained in the report in the attached .zip file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win XP
