Drupal 7: Order Process, Invoicing and Ticketing Funktion for an existing Website

Project Description:
The project comprises 2 points in an existing small Drupal 7 website.
You will get an detailed plan what you have to do including a work schedule (process diagramm).
The aim of the project is to create a nearly automated workflow (with rules) for a service company sells a service product which needs a ticketing system.

1. Optimize the Order process of the existing website.
- Add some fields
- Automatic User Account and ticket generation if user buy something
- Invoicing and information per mail
2. Implement/Create invoicing and ticketing function for the website.
- 4 User roles
- Some statuses of the ticket with mail information
- invoice per mail if ticket is closed

You can use the modules you want to complete the project, only the Basic Cart module (installed and configured) have to be used for shopping cart /checkout process.

The user tickeiting user interface for customer and employees have to be very user friendly!!
